REFLECTION
MY DREAM, MY FUTURE
WE MAKE ALL THINGS BALANCE
My reason for taking this class is not that I love to write but that I care about my future. I may not be the best writer, but I know I will have to take this class eventually. I hope this class helps me become a better writer throughout the class. What motivates me is that I am the one who gets to choose my future. When I am older I plan to pursue my dream of becoming an Accountant.
I plan on getting my Masters in Accounting and taking and passing the CPA exam. After I pass the exam, I want to have my own firm. I think it would be really cool to be the boss. But before all that I have to go college, I plan on going to my dream college Kansas State. The benefits of taking this class in high school are tremendous. The three main reasons I am taking this class are I save money, get a head start, and to pursue my dream. Money has become a way of life now, which as sad as that sounds is true. Having money seems to make things easier. So, I am trying to save as much money as I can.
This way I will hopefully have less student loans when I graduate. By taking this class now, while I am still in high school benefits me a lot. College is not cheap at all, especially if I go where I want to go which is Kansas State. It wont be cheap.

ISNHS HIGH SCHOOL DAY CELEBRATION S.Y. 2019-2020
DAY TO CELEBRATE
High school day celebration is one of the most awaited event of every ISNHS student. It will be expected to be busy, exhausting, or even messy day but, I will surely a great day too. Different activities such as the field demonstration is fun to watch because of its wonderful aura that is coming from the students. The alumni are also there to help us in celebrating that special day. And of course, we can't forget the dance moves of our beloved teachers that danced gracefully which made the crowd a lot more hyped.
In short, this day is a unforgettable day in each and everyone of us. But that doesn't end there, there are more still to come in the next generation.

KANNAWIDAN YLOCOS FESTIVAL 2020
Fusion of old and new Ilocano culture through Kannawidan Fest 2020
The old and the new in Ilocano culture are both featured in this year’s Kannawidan Ylocos Festival - the festival of Ilocos Sur that celebrates its being a separate province and its being a treasure chest of traditions and culture.
Held in the Heritage City of Vigan from January 28 to February 17, the festival opened with the residents’ expression of gratitude to the blessings of God on January 28. Government workers from national and local offices, public officials and members of non-government-organizations united in the Holy Mass concelebrated at Saint Paul Cathedral in this city and the procession afterwards. As people of faith in the Christian world, Ilocanos are gathered in their religious events on special feast days of patron saints.
Gemma Tacuycuy, the schools division superintendent, said the DepEd is thankful of the festival which gathers the students and teachers to preserve, cherish and promote Ilocos Sur’s indigenous culture, folk music. and art.
To show how part of the culture of the people of Ilocos Sur has modified through the years, the festival offers these activities to the new generation: dance craze, battle of the bands, Mr Kannawidan muscle showdown, Search for Saniata, car and motorcycle show, street dancing and showdown that show off the one-town-one-products of the 34 towns and cities of the province, horse racing, chef wars, rodeo fiesta, game fowl and pigeon expo, rhythm festival,3rd Gov Ryan Singson Motrocross Cup, Kannawidan Mini Fwd Race, karambola, and drag race, among others.

VIGAN CITY FIESTA CELEBRATION
Vigan City Fiesta Longganisa Festival 2020
Being famous for its architecture aquired during the Spanish era of colonization, Vigan, the capital of Ilocos Sur, is also renowed for its spicy meat dishes
Vigan is a popular tourist destination because of its museums and architecture. Still, it is also known for its longganisa which is a local kind of salami. The dish is made in accordance with a century-old tradition and has a truly unique taste. Although there were several tries to replicate the combination of sliced spicy meat, sugarcane vinegar, and garlic, no one can compete with local chefs.
In late January, the Vigan celebrates City Fiesta and Longganisa Festival is included in the festive program. It's normally celebrated around January 22nd to January 25th—the dates vary from year to year. During the festival, every tourist has a chance to try authentic longganisa from Vigan. Usually, local people eat salami for breakfast but the food itself is too good to be eaten during the morning hours only.
